Connect a Bridge

1. Open Agent Island and choose Connections.
2. Open a one-time invitation supplied by your Bridge operator, or enter the Bridge address and access token.
3. Confirm the hostname, then run Test Live Activity.

If the Bridge shows Offline

Confirm that the iPhone can reach the Bridge URL, the invitation or token is still valid, and the Bridge health endpoint is online. Do not send your token or private MCP URL to support.

If the Dynamic Island does not appear

Enable Live Activities for Agent Island in iOS Settings. Start a reported task, leave the app, and long-press the Dynamic Island to expand it. The connected agent must report lifecycle updates; ordinary chats are not read automatically.

Include in a support request

Include the Agent Island version, iOS version, connection status, task ID, and last visible stage. Never include a Bridge token, MCP private path, model API key, or APNs key.
